1. Who we are

MYGREECETOUR operates an online platform that markets and facilitates bookings for tours, transfers, and experiences provided by independent local operators. Unless stated otherwise, MYGREECETOUR acts as the party that processes your payment and coordinates your reservation with the operator.

2. Using the website

You agree to provide accurate information when booking and to keep your contact details up to date. You must not misuse the site (for example by attempting unauthorized access, scraping, or sending spam). We may suspend access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

3. Bookings and prices

Descriptions, itineraries, meeting points, and inclusions are provided by operators and are subject to reasonable change for operational, safety, or regulatory reasons. Prices displayed are in the currency shown at checkout unless otherwise stated. Taxes and fees, if applicable, are included or itemised as shown before payment.

A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation (email and/or voucher) and, for card payments, when payment has been successfully captured according to our payment provider's records.

4. Conduct and safety

You are responsible for arriving on time at the designated meeting point, dressing appropriately, and following the guide or operator's instructions. Operators may refuse participation or remove participants who are intoxicated, abusive, or endanger others, without a refund, where permitted by law and our cancellation policy.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MYGREECETOUR is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss (including lost profits or missed connections) arising from your booking. Our total liability relating to a specific booking is limited to the amount you paid to MYGREECETOUR for that booking, except where liability cannot be limited by law (including gross negligence or intentional misconduct).

Activities may involve inherent risks (travel, boats, uneven terrain, etc.). You participate at your own risk after assessing your fitness and health. We strongly recommend suitable travel insurance.

6. Intellectual property

Content on this website (text, branding, layout, and licensed images) belongs to MYGREECETOUR or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without permission.

7. Privacy

We process personal data as needed to operate bookings, payments, and customer support. For details on cookies and data handling, refer to our Privacy Policy when published; until then, contact us for information about how we use your data.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes affecting existing bookings will be communicated where reasonably possible.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Greece. Courts in Greece shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence if you book as a consumer.
