Cancellations & refunds

This policy applies to tours, day trips, and experiences booked through MYGREECETOUR. By completing a booking, you agree to the terms below in addition to any supplier-specific rules shown at checkout or on your voucher.
1. Standard free cancellation
Unless a product page or your booking confirmation states otherwise, you may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the activity (local time in Greece). You will receive a full refund of the amount you paid to MYGREECETOUR for that booking, using the same payment method where possible.
Cancellations requested less than 24 hours before the start time, or after the activity has begun, are generally non-refundable, unless we are able to obtain an exception from the local operator (which cannot be guaranteed).
2. How to cancel or change a booking
Use the My Booking page with your booking reference and email, or contact us using the details on our Contact page. For urgent same-day issues, include your booking ID and a phone number we can reach you on.
3. Refund processing time
Approved refunds are initiated promptly. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days (or longer in rare cases) for the funds to appear on your statement. If you paid by bank transfer or another method, we will follow up with instructions where needed.
4. No-shows and late arrival
If you do not arrive at the agreed meeting point by the required time, or you miss the departure without prior notice, the booking may be treated as a no-show and no refund will be due. We recommend arriving at least 10–15 minutes before the stated meeting time.
5. Operator / weather cancellations
If the local operator cancels the tour for safety, weather, minimum numbers not met, or other operational reasons, you will typically be offered a full refund or, where you prefer and availability allows, rescheduling to another date. We will confirm the options by email as soon as practicable.
6. Special offers and third-party products
Some discounted, promotional, or non-refundable rates may be marked as such at purchase. Those bookings are governed by the conditions displayed at checkout. If you are unsure, ask us before you pay.
7. Chargebacks
If you have a problem with your experience, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Starting a card chargeback without attempting to resolve the issue may delay processing and does not replace this cancellation policy.
